Testimonials from Wine with Wita Podcast

  • Amazing all round podcast

My son receives amazing speech therapy from Rita and as a parent having this podcast is such a fantastic resource. It’s full of relatable, real-life content and often features insights from other families and professionals across different fields, making it incredibly valuable for parents navigating the bigger picture.

  • A therapist’s review

Wine with Wita is a must-listen for anyone navigating the world of neurodivergence. Whether you’re a parent or a professional, Rita creates a safe and thoughtful space for deep conversations. As a fellow therapist, I especially appreciate how she balances clinical insight with genuine humanity. Highly recommend!

  • Amazing podcast channel

I just finished the podcast with Rita and it was amazing. Rita made me feel so comfortable and was able to get me to open up and share my experiences as a mum with a little boy with Cerebral Palsy. Thank you for letting me share my son’s story.

  • Warm, easy listening

I have loved putting on Wine with Wita to hear stories of advocacy, love, resilience and determination to know I am not alone in my own journey. It’s been a great source of comfort and entertainment in equal measure! Highly recommend!

  • Thoughtful, funny, and exactly what our field needs

As a friend, peer, and fellow therapist, Wine with Wita feels like the voice we didn’t know we were missing. Rita has this rare gift of making you feel instantly at ease while also gently challenging you to think deeper… about our work, our values, and ourselves.

She’s unafraid to get honest, whether it’s about the behind-the-scenes of clinical life, the emotional load we carry both as parents and therapists or the joy and chaos that comes with being a therapist. And she does it all with warmth, curiosity, and her signature dry wit.

It’s become one of those comforting listens I look forward to, like a thoughtful chat at the end of a big week.
